-Foam feet (purchased at Dollar Tree)
-Pipe Cleaners
-Pom poms
-Glue
-Paper
- Take a pipe cleaner and poke 2 holes at the bottom of the foot for the bottom part of flip flop Bring side of pipe cleaner together and poke hole near second toe for the top of flip flop.
- Repeat with other foot.
- Glue pom poms on (elmer's glue works the best).
- Optional-glue on paper.
