1.) Pumpkin Patch Trolley - Pumpkin Patch is a family fun filled adventure where you ride on a trolley car out to the pumpkin patch field and each child can pick out a FREE pumpkin. Additionally, when you return back to the Museum you can decorate the pumpkins, get your face painted, play in the corn box, enjoy the outside play area and the entire museum. 2.) Night of 1001 Pumpkins & Food Truck Event- Join us on Friday, October 18th for The Night of 1001 Pumpkins! From 6:00PM – 8:00PM the LP Wilson Community Center is transforming into a spooky adventure. Stop at our new pumpkin patch to pick your pumpkin and carve a fun design. 3.) Halloween Pet Parade-The ever popular and hilarious Halloween Pet Parade will be held at the final outdoor Ellington Farmers' Market on October 19th at 10:30. Bring your pets dressed in their Halloween finery and join the parade. Any kind of pet is welcome to enter. A panel of judges will be on hand to narrow the field down to the top three entries. Market customers will then vote via applause on 1st 2nd and 3rd place. Prizes will be awarded to the winners and treats will be given to all dogs entering the contest.The Market hosts 40 vendors bringing a wide variety of locally raises farm products including produce, beef, lamb, chicken, eggs, dairy including cheeses, maple syrup and honey.
