- Paper
-Cotton balls
-Paint
-Pain brushes
-Glue
-Scissors
Directions
- Cut out the shape of your rainbow.
- Paint your rainbow so you can set aside and let it dry.
- Use a full sheet of paper to glue cotton balls to form clouds.
- Once your rainbow is dry glue into the cotton ball clouds.
