Santa Claus at Roaring Acres - Santa Claus is coming to Roaring Acres Alpacas to spend some time with the animals and visitors this Holiday Season - farm style! Winterfest- Friday December 3rd at 6pm. Fire truck parade, tree lighting, snowflake lighting, RHS “RAM “ Band, carol singing, wreath lighting and opening of Santa’s House. Central Park 120 South St Vernon, CT
Ellington’s Winterfest celebration will return on Friday and Saturday December 3rd and 4th. The festivities will kick off with a performance of holiday favorites by the Ellington Singers 
at the Senior Center at 7pm on Friday 12/3. The Library’s traditional Holiday Ornament Workshop will be held on Saturday morning 12/4; tickets for the 4 sessions will be available beginning November 20. The outdoor events begin at 4:15 on Saturday 12/4 at the gazebo on the green with music, a visit from Santa 
and Mrs. Claus 
and the lighting of the trees , culminated by the wonderful parade at 5:15. Several venues will be available for refreshments 
and other entertainment including the Women’s Club at the Town Hall Annex, the Ellington Historical Society, the Library and the family-friendly dinner 
at the Ellington Congregational Church
